Weddings
Bespoke wedding floral design for Charlotte and the Carolinas, built around rare botanicals and what the season actually offers.
Weddings are the studio's anchor. I take on a small number each season, typically six to ten, so every couple gets a lead designer on site from install through breakdown. Most of these weddings land in Charlotte, Lake Norman, Asheville, or out to the South Carolina coast.
We start with a conversation — venue, season, the feeling you want in the room. I come back with a written proposal, a mood frame, and a flower list that tells you what's likely and what's a stretch. We refine it across two or three revisions until the plan is something we both trust.
The studio leans on rare botanicals where they earn it: protea with garden roses, café au lait dahlias in August, anthurium for a modern palette, smoke bush and unusual foliage to pull a space together. This is the part of the work that comes directly from my mother's habit of chasing the uncommon flower.
A full wedding engagement includes personal florals, ceremony pieces, reception centerpieces, and on-site styling. We coordinate with your planner, venue, and rentals, and we show up the day before if the install asks for it.
